As a Director of Customer Success, you will play a critical role in ensuring on-time and on-scope high-quality value delivery of our marketing services for dispensary businesses. With your hands-on experience and knowledge, you will manage complex projects to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our account management and fulfillment organization. You will also help deliver measurable results to build an industry-leading client success team in our company.
