Sales Consultant

Terrayn, a high-growth marketing technology company focused on the ever-evolving cannabis industry, is looking for a motivated individual who has the drive to succeed, the initiative to learn, and a passion for growth in an exciting Sales role.

As a Sales Consultant, you are playing a key role in prospecting, developing, and acquiring new business revenue directly impacting the company’s growth. You will be analyzing customer and industry problems to find the best solutions for our clients, increase brand awareness and provide the company with valuable information for future strategy and product development.  

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, develop, and acquire new business revenue using a variety of sources
  • Work directly with owners and the C-suite to understand their business to craft the most effective solutions to meet their growth and revenue targets
  • Manage client relationships throughout the entire sales process from prospecting to close and have check-in points throughout the lifetime of the client’s campaign
  • Provide an excellent customer experience throughout the B2B sales process
  • Create and execute a business plan that includes sales and market strategies
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of business development strategies and make appropriate adjustments to ensure continuous internal improvement initiatives
  • Stay current with industry trends and business concerns to better understand clients’ needs and improve services offered

 Experience and Qualifications:

  • Min. 5 + years experience as a Sales Consultant, Sales Representative, Business Development Representative, Account Executive or equivalent
  • Min. 2+ years proven B2B sales experience with multiple product offerings
  • An understanding and passion for the digital world, including digital marketing and other digital technologies
  • Relentless persistence in a competitive marketplace
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation, and self-discipline
  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
  • Motivated self-starter and problem-solver with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Digital marketing experience preferred
